We are selling the south side (to the left - see pic below) of our Rockouse Tract for $750,000, and developing the North Side into 10 lots in 2007. The South tract has roughly 30 acres and 3,000' +/- of shoreline. The tract is bordered by the Bankhead National Forest on the south line, making it an awesome private family retreat unlike any other on Smith Lake. Further adding to the beauty of the tract are spectacular bluffs overlooking the lake, which contain wet weather waterfalls, overhangs and caves. There is a perfect building site on the far eastern side of the tract - affording a flat, rock shoreline lot and long views across the lake. The tract could be developed with good density on the bluffs, and the eastern lot used as a community lake access point. Feel free to visit the tract by following the directions below - there is a road you can drive the entire lenght of the property.
